Was born and educated in Israel. After the army service she has worked for many years as a teacher in the area of learning disabilities, and then as a teacher of visually impaired children. She then served as teachers' instructor on these matters.
Drora studied also art therapy in Lesley College. She then applied the methods of art therapy in her work with children.
In parallel to her teaching career Drora studied arts in the Arts Institute in Ramat Hasharon. She specialized in etching chez Dan Krygier.
Although etching is Drora's main occupation she also paints and works on sculptures-mainly papier-mache.
Drorahas worked, among others, at the Etching Workshop of Jerusalem Artists, the Etching Workshop of Artist Association in Tel Aviv, UCF university,Florida, Paris ("Pasnic" workshop) and the "Aqua Forte" in Lausanne, Suisse.
